Scope: Soheil Mosun Limited was contracted to manufacture and install the monumental staircase from the 9th floor to the 10th floor grand ballroom, as well as a second custom staircase to the second floor common area.
Highlights: The monumental staircase features custom sculptured steel guard panels with ornamental floral design, stone treads and risers, and custom newel posts. The steel guard panels are painted silver for an ultra long lasting finish. Railings are stainless steel and the main staircase is mechanically fastened to the outside wall's infrastructure ensuring stability and strength for the lifetime of the staircase.
