Our Manufacturing Design & Engineering department is unique because many of our team members have shop experience - not
just being there, but hands-on work encompassing many, if not all, our processes.
The team members are also wizards at software (Autocad, Inventor, Catia, Illustrator) which allows us to
have fast, but accurate turnaround time for shop drawings. This decreases shop idle time
and cuts costs.
We provide an independent review of concepts and designs to identify
opportunities which add value by systematically evaluating the project
specifications and requirements, and suggesting ways to achieve the
look and functionality at the lowest cost.
Industrial Design is an applied art whereby the aesthetics and usability of products
may be improved. Design aspects specified by the industrial designer may include the overall
shape of the object, the location of details with respect to one another, colours, texture,
sounds, and ergonomics.
